My work is abstract fantasy. I love working with colour and flow. Below are a few examples of paintings based on photographs
Leah is my equine trainer. She had a beautiful photo of a her horse Listo. Listo was the horse that started her on her journey of holistic equine work, and he is no longer her horse, so I thought I would paint them together forever in a lovely meadow.
A friend asked me to paint her brother's beautiful Brittney Spaniel, Picot, as a gift for him. Picot was young in this photo and he is a senior now so it was fun to paint him in his youth as a lasting treasure! ps - Picot is actually dark brown, not black as he looks in the photo.
A friend had this great photo taken of her on a camping trip. I reproduced it and she is giving it to her mom as a Christmas gift. Lot's of fantasy and flow happening in this one!
Another Christmas gift. My friend had her horses in pasture for the summer - I love this fantasy landscape!
